UNIVERSAL SOURCING NETWORK (USN) has one of the most comprehensive stocks of Disc Springs to Din 2093 in Europe.

All Disc Springs are supplied in phosphate finish as standard and are also available within days with specialist finishes such as mechanical zinc plating (Chrome 6 free).

In addition to our mechanical zinc plated finish where 6 to 8 microns thickness gives up to 400 hrs salt spray resistance Circlips and other fasteners in our range coated by Ellison’s revolutionary new Macuguard LM process lifts the corrosion resistance up to 1000 hrs salt spray resistance without risk of hydrogen embrittlement. The added bonus of using the Ellison process is that the Disc Springs and Belleville type washers maintain all their functional and spring capabilities per the catalogue or component design (or Din / ISO specification )– which is rarely the case when using stainless steel or other corrosion resistant metals.

Special materials such as stainless steel or inconel are also available on request.
